Grain Markets Mixed; Corn & Soybeans Take a Breather While Wheat Continues
to Firm
May corn is up a penny, May soybeans are down a penny, and May KC wheat is
up 10 cents.

EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: May corn is up a penny, May soybeans are
down a penny, and May KC wheat is up 10 cents.
CME GLOBEX RECAP: The worries about the world banking system continue to
diminish, generally lifting markets. The U.S. market had a small corrective
pause Tuesday, but overnight, futures are strong once again. Firming energy
prices are signaling less concern about a significant recession while
indications that China is continuing to show growth coming out of its Covid
lockdowns are also providing support.
OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Tuesday showed the Dow Jones Industrial
Average down 37.83 at 32,394.25 and the S&P 500 Index down 6.26 at 3,971.27.
The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 3.56%. Early Wednesday, June Dow Jones
futures are up 231 points. European markets are higher with the spot futures of
the London FTSE 100 trading up 0.63%, spot futures of Germany's DAX trading up
0.77% and spot futures of France's CAC Index trading up 1.15%. Asian markets
are mixed with Japan's Nikkei 225 index up 1.33% and China's Shanghai Composite
Index down 0.02%.
